30 Days with the Huawei Freebuds Pro and Huawei Watch GT2 Pro
I’ve been using the newest Huawei products for over a month now – specifically the Huawei Freebuds Pro and their latest smartwatch, the Huawei Watch GT2 Pro. This tech has officially changed the way I’ve been working from home.
This is an honest, unpaid review so all opinions are my own.
That being said, I love all of the tech products that Huawei launched this year. Everything they create and I’ve tested this year, is so much better than the competition.
Let’s start with the Freebuds Pro.

Highlights:
These Intelligent Dynamic Active Noise Cancellation headphones pack a large punch in a small casing. Regardless of where you are, you will get the best audio experience. Some of its standout features include:
Astonishing Sound Quality – It’s studio-quality! Thanks to its large, suspended 11mm amplitude drive, these earbuds deliver surging bass and impressive noise reduction. It’s a truly immersive audio experience.
7hr / 30hr Battery Life – The battery life is insane! I never have to worry about losing power. I can listen to music all day every day, while going about my daily routine on a single charge.
Dual-device connection – This feature allows me to switch back-and-forth between devices seamlessly. I can be connected to my computer and phone at the same time – now it’s easy to edit videos on my laptop and quickly hop onto a call on my phone when needed. The power of the HUAWEI ecosystem!
Full Smart Tap Controls including Volume – It’s easy to control my FreeBuds with a simple pinch or swipe. Not only can I switch between songs and easily adjust the volume, but I can also toggle ANC/Awareness mode on and off. It’s perfect while running errands so I’m aware of the traffic around me.

Then there’s the HUAWEI Watch GT2 Pro. I’ve had the Watch GT2 for some time, so it was cool to experience the new version and test out all of the new capabilities.
The sleek and stylish look of the watch, make it the perfect accessory for any event – staying home, working out, nights out on the town. A perfect blend of tech meets fashion!
My favourite features that make this a winner:
Sapphire Glass / Titanium Body / Ceramic back – Not only is this watch elegant, but it’s extremely durable. The watch face is made of sapphire glass, which has a hardness only second to diamond. This means that it’s super scratch resistant.
2-Week Battery Life – On a single charge, the Watch GT2 Pro keeps going. I’ve only had to charge it a few times since receiving it from Huawei. It’s nice to know that this device is both stylish and functional.
Wireless Charging – Recently, the latest and greatest products have all come equipped with wireless charging capabilities. The Watch GT2 Pro is no different. I love that I can easily charge my watch without searching and untangling unwanted cables. It’s compatible with any Qi-enabled charger.
Sleep / Stress / SpO2 / Heart Rate monitoring –I’m learning so many things about my body through using the Watch GT2 Pro. It gives me insight into my overall health and well-being daily – tracks my sleep, my heart rate etc. I can also keep an eye on my blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). The Watch GT2 Pro automatically provides 24-hour SpO2 level detection – even throughout the night.
Golf / Skiing / 100+ Workout modes – If you’re looking for ways to stay active while at home, this device has you covered. With over 100+ sports modes, I basically have my own personal trainer keeping me accountable when needed. Guess I don’t have any reason not to stay motived and active during this winter season.

Conclusion:
They’re both awesome! I use the Freebuds Pro every day while I’m at my desk doing my 9-5, and when I’m out on a run or hike. They’re un-intrusive and have the best qualities of any Bluetooth enabled earbud I’ve used.
The Huawei Watch GT2 Pro is a great update to the smartwatch series and I’m looking forward to having more watch faces available in the future.
They both pair really well with any smartphone device – no matter which operating ecosystem you’re using. Oh and the battery life is second-to-none.
