Win – Dad’s Book of Awesome Science Experiments
I’ve always loved science experiments. Even though most of mine never really worked, it was fascinating to see what happened. My favourites were always ones where things exploded, oozed something, or grew into something else. I suppose that’s why I love gardening. The whole process of changing something from a tiny seed into a food-producing plant is pretty amazing.
So, I’m super excited about the latest SocialDad.ca giveaway, a copy of Mike Adamick‘s ‘Dad’s Book of Awesome Science Projects‘: From Stilts and Super-Hero Capes to Tinker Boxes and Seesaws, 25+ Fun Do-It-Yourself Projects for Families. – Just enter below the video.
Here’s a bit about the author: Mike Adamick is the author of The Dad’s Book of Awesome Projects, The Dad’s Book of Awesome Recipes, and The Dad’s Awesome Science Experiments (Adams Media). He is a stay-at-home dad who writes for the Adventures in Learning science blog at PBS.org, The San Francisco Chronicle, KQED Radio, Babble.com, and the Daddy Issues column on Jezebel.com.
Prize open to US and Canada only. Ends 30th June 2017

June 30, 2017 at 9:15 pmMy son is into doing experiments or basically cool things. He and my husband put together a wooden marble kit that I purchased last night. It is their bonding time to do stuff like that as my husband works a lot and my son looks forward to their time.
