Why I’m Celebrating International Womens’ Day
As a son to an inspiring mother, and husband of a supportive and highly motivated wife, of course I’m celebrating International Womens’ Day. But moreso because of my beautiful daughter.
It is vital that she grows up in a society that pays equally, no matter your gender. She has to know that she’s supported in whichever chosen industry or skill on which she decides to make her mark.

Bullying, intolerance or ‘locker room talk’ isn’t ok and we won’t stand for it. If you ever try to date someone’s daughter and think the dad is scary, see what happens if you don’t show her respect.
We, as parents, sons, and daughters, as people of all types, colours and persuasions have to support the women in our lives and show them that they’re already nailing it.
